yoga and meditation became daily companions and, over time, a way of living that supported me through different phases of life and slowly guided me towards a more conscious way of experiencing life.

my mind became quieter. i learned to observe thoughts and emotions without immediately identifying with them. instead of focusing so much on who i should be, i became more interested in understanding what i truly feel.
for me, yoga and meditation are not only practices for physical and mental wellbeing. they are invitations to cultivate awareness, presence, and a deeper connection with life itself.
i believe that without them, farbenflow would never have come into existence.
